The staff were very friendly and the food was amazing. It was the best dinner I had in Salerno. I recommend the fried seafood. Pasta was good as well.
Loved this restaurant, went here twice during our one week stay in Salerno. We had the Swordfish, Clam pasta and the Mussel pasta. The menus are in Italian but the severs were so nice and helped us out, even though they spoke little English. But they totally understood what we wanted and we got exactly what we asked for. The prices are very reasonable. And their limoncello shots were so good! We had a couple rounds each night! We were in Italy for 14 days and the service and kindness we experienced here was the best.
Very good restaurant. Very tasty seafood - diverse and fresh. Very friendly and attentive staff - all of them. Tartar, deserts - all dishes were perfect. Thank you very much! Francesco, additional thanks) Sure, we'll come back again and again)
Excellent service. Probably one of the nicest staff I've encountered in Italy. Well presented and always smiling. Had bruschetta which was a bit dry and nothing special but the marinara pizza and the 4 seasons pizza were amazing. Really generous serves for such a good price. Would recommend it for sure.
Hands down the best meal I had in Salerno! I ordered the sea bass, fresh caught that morning. Mamma Mia my taste buds died and went to heaven! The fish must’ve been at least 1.5 lbs with all the bones. It was brought out and the server asked if I wanted it cleaned which I said yes to. He expertly and carefully removed the skin and bones as well as the head and fins. What was left is 14-16 ounces of pure heaven. The fish was so tender and flaky it was unbelievable. All that seasoned it was a little bit of olive oil and some lemon (and even that was not needed). I found only 3 bones so the filleting was expert. It was enough to fill me up but not make me overly full. My dining partners had equally good dishes of fruta Del Mar salad and then spaghetti with clams. We also had the house white wine which was delicious. All that food? Only 60 euro, unbelievable for a tourist type town. There were many locals so you know it was a good place. Service was good, we were not rushed to eat pr anything. I would absolutely recommend this place, especially the fresh fish of the day!
On a wet Sunday looking for lunch we tried Concord on the Sea ( near would be more accurate). Was a bit cautious as we’ve had some ordinary meals pitched at tourists and the owner’s enthusiastic promotion of various courses made us wary. However I settled on the seafood soup, and was astonished at the mountain of mussels and clams. Though there was no other discernible seafood it was fabulous, possibly the best mussels I have ever had, and lovely rich tomato base. My companion’s choice of a vegetarian pasta was also good, but now she wanted my mussels...
The staff are so nice and we had really good time thereThe food are really tasty and high qualityI highly recommend that you gohere and enjoy the food
We had a great lunch at Concord on the Sea with fantastic service by Francesco. The appetiser selection (seven dishes) was a great way to try many local dishes. The agnolotti with monk fish and orange and toasted nuts was delicious. Hadn’t had anything like it before, the combination works!
